Once it raises cut into dough balls. Then sprinkle some flour on the counter. Put the dough ball on top of the floured surface and spread it out. You can use a roller or you can even use your hands. Use a griller pan or your regular pan on the stove top medium heat add a little bit of oil on top about 1 minutes on each side or until golden brown on one side. Sit together, flour and salt into a large bowl maker, well in the center of the flour. Whisk together the egg and milk. Pour all the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients . Mix everything together until well combined. Cover and let rise for 1 hour 30 minutes until dough has doubled in size. (I put the dough in a non heated oven to rise). Then turn out dough onto a lightly floured work area and shape into a rectangle, cut dough into desired sizes. (I got 12). Shape dough pieces into balls with smooth tops by tucking the edges up under itself. Or shape like you would a loaf of bread. Place on a lightly floured baking sheet. Cover and let rise for another 15 minutes. Flaten dough balls with your hands then use a rolling pin to flatten even more for a thin piece of dough. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook naan dough for 1 minute 30 seconds on one side then flip and cook for another minute or more. Do this with all the naan dough. Brush flatbreads with melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder or whatever you prefer. Store Naan Bread in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature, store in the fridge for 1 week, or freeze naan bread for upto 3 months.
