Ramen meal made in the rice cooker✨ I haven’t had ramen in a while but had this strong craving for it recently & decided to make this! Pairing with the chicken dumplings & bok Choy makes it a more balanced meal! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy single serve recipes!) Recipes like this can be found in my book, Compact Cooking, which is available on Amazon, BAM, Barnes and Noble, Target, and Walmart websites and even in some stores now! The amazon & BAM links are in my bio! Recipe: Ingredients- Dumplings to liking (I did about 5 small ones, frozen) 2 cups water 2 tsp chicken stock (or the ramen packet is yours has it) 1 tbsp gochjujang 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 cup chopped bok choy 2 oz ramen (I used the ichiban ramen) Cheddar cheese to liking Chopped green onions to liking (optional) Directions- 1. To a rice cooker (I used the aroma 6 cup cooked one), add the dumplings, water, gochujang, stock, & sugar. Cover, bring to a boil, & cook for 8 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked. 2. Then add the bok Choy & ramen noodles. Cover & cook again for 5 minutes or until noodles are tender. 3. Uncover & top with cheese. Cover again to let the cheese melt. This would like 1-2 minutes. 4. Uncover, top with green onions, let it cool, & enjoy! #food #foodtiktok
