Low calorie chocolate cake 😋
This recipe makes 4 servings (or just one tbh 😉)
Macros per slice:
68 calories
10g carbs
3.75g protein
2.5g fat
Ingredients:
* 1 egg
* 50 g stevia or granulated sweetener
* 50 g full-fat yogurt
* 25 g plain/all-purpose flour
* 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 tsp baking powder
Frosting:
* 50 g full-fat yogurt
* 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
* 2 tbsp 0 calorie icing sugar
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Make the frosting by mixing the yogurt, cocoa powder and 0 calorie icing sugar together until smooth. Set aside in the fridge.
3. Using an electric hand whisk, beat together the egg and stevia on high until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
4. Mix in the yogurt and then fold in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder until well combined.
5. Transfer the batter to a 5-inch cake tin and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the cake to cool before frosting. Cut the cake into 4 slices, serve and enjoy!

Remember, cutting out processed sugary snacks doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some of your favorite sweet treats! Give this low calorie cinnamon roll recipe a try in place of those classic Pillsbury ones! 🔥✅
Ingredients 👩🏾🍳🥮🥯
115g Organic Unbleached pre-sifted flower
130g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
Zero Cal Brown Sugar Sweetener
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Maple Syrup
Olive oil spray
Powdered Sugar
Recipe 📝
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
1️⃣ Mix the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and brown sugar. Add Greek yogurt and vanilla and knead until formed into a dough ball. (Texture should be firm and dry, NOT sticky- it may look dry but knead with hands and dough will form)
2️⃣ Add flour to a flat surface and place the dough on top. FOLL out into rectangle with a rolling pin.
3️⃣ Spray with olive oil, then spread molasses onto dough as the base.
4️⃣ Sprinkle brown sugar sweetener and cinnamon and lightly oat into dough.
5️⃣ Rolll dough into a cylinder and cut into 4-6 pieces. Place on baking sheet and top with olive oil and another sprinkle of cinnamon.
6️⃣ Bake on 350 for 15-20 min.
Icing: 1/4 Cup Powdered sugar & 2 tbsp Water

YOU’LL NEED
-1 c oats
-3/4 c white whole wheat flour
-1/3 c brown sugar
-1/4 tsp ground ginger
-1/4 tsp kosher salt
-6 T unsalted butter, melted
2 c small-diced strawberries, divided
-1 tsp cornstarch
-1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1 T sugar
Stir together the dry ingredients, then incorporate the melted butter. Press half into an 8x8 in pan. Scatter on the strawberries, cornstarch, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Break the rest of the crust over the top. Bake at 375F for 35-40 min. Drizzle with vanilla glaze.
