The confidence has always been there! 💯 I bought this dress because I loved how it looked on me, no matter the size☺️ . . I went from 265 Ibs to 190 Ibs within 6 months. My goal since then has been to tone up and build muscle. l’ve been going to the gym consistently for 2 years and now I’m at 168 lbs. . . . ‼️HOW I DROPPED 75 lbs IN 6 MONTHS‼️: I quit overeating and started being more active. When I dropped 40 lbs I started going to the gym to tone up and prevent loose skin, in the process I ended up dropping another 30 lbs.😌 . . . . After losing the first 75 pounds, I slacked off and my weight went back up to 202 lbs. When the new year arrived, I decided to take my fitness journey seriously and stay consistent. During the year and 8 months of going to the gym, my weight stayed between 200 and 220 pounds, but I didn’t focus on the scale. I cared about how I carried myself. In May, I started having stomach pains and discovered it was my gallbladder. I went on a strict diet to avoid surgery and lost 50 lbs in 6 months. Even though my doctor said I could go back to my old eating habits, I’ve chosen to stick with my new diet because I now care about what I put into my body. . . . . .
