Javi Redondo started his DJ career in the late '90s in his hometown of Córdoba, in southern Spain, before moving to Madrid. It was in the Spanish capital that he built a career that not only shaped but also influenced the evolution of the country's electronic music scene, solidifying his status as one of its leading figures today. Over the years, his journey has taken him to iconic venues worldwide, such as Fabric in London, Rex in Paris, Nitsa in Barcelona, and the renowned Panorama Bar in Berlin. As a producer, Javi has been releasing music since 2012 on respected labels including Dischi Autunno, Motordiscs, Rotten City, Meant, My Favorite Robot, Astrolab, and Correspondant, Jennifer Cardini’s label, which he considers his creative home and where much of his work has been published. His productions have garnered support from underground heavyweights such as Dixon, Ben UFO, Laurent Garnier, Erol Alkan, Trevor Jackson, John Talabot, Vladimir Ivkovic, Andrew Weatherall, Ivan Smagghe, and many more. Both his productions and DJ sets are marked by a distinctive eclecticism and a deep passion for blending diverse sounds with skill and technique.
