Cheesy Crunchy Hot Chicken Salad #chicken #salad #christmas #cheftimclowers Churched Up Chicken Salad Dip 4 Chicken Breasts 6 Cups Chicken Broth 1 Cup Celery (chopped) 1/3 Cup Sliced Almonds 1 1/2 Cups Duke Mayo 1 Tbsp Salt 1 1/2 tsp Pepper 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 1 1/3 Cups Cheese (shredded) Crushed Kettle Chips for topping 1. Boiled chicken breasts in chicken broth for 75 minutes (or until cooked) 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 3. Remove chicken and let cool for 5 minutes. Shred chicken with forks or in food processor or using hot hands method I used in video. 4. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients (except crushed kettle chips!). 5. Place in a 9 x 9 baking dish or smaller, top with crushed kettle chips and bake for 30-35 minutes. 6. Serve with ritz crackers or veggies for dipping. Enjoy!
