ITALIAN GRINDER SALAD, MEAL PREP EDITION! Did you know that you can meal prep salads that use lettuce as an ingredient, without it getting soggy. You just need the right storage containers. I use my @ZWILLING USA Fresh & Save vacuum seal glass containers because you can seal each container with the rechargeable hand pump, which keeps food fresh up to 5 times longer-it literally sucks the air out, which keeps the ingredients fresh and the lettuce, CRISP! NOTE: the grinder salad typically uses mayo, but I'm omitting bc I don't like mayo and I eat everything I make! Makes 4 servings Dressing 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tb dried oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp ground black pepper Salad 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped/halved 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 1 cup hard salami, chopped 3/4 cup pepperoni, chopped 3/4 cup pepperoncinis, chopped 1 cup turkey, chopped 3/4 cup provolone cheese, chopped 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped Prepare the dressing by whisking together all of the ingredients. Chop all ingredients for the salad. In your containers, pour the dressing evenly between the 4 containers, followed by the tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, red onion, pepperoncini, provolone, parmesan and the lettuce last. Cover each container and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. #saladrecipe #mealprep

CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD 🥗 Cals: 392 P: 56.4g | C: 18g | F: 13.5g Ingredients: (for 1 serve) - 2 cups shredded lettuce - 125g chicken breast (raw weight) - Seasoning: I used @mingles ‘Garlic Gainz’ - 30g bacon (raw weight) - 1 egg - 10g shredded Parmasen - 25g croutons Dressing: (for 4 serves) - 90g light mayonnaise - Juice of 1 lemon - 1 tbsp white vinegar - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tbsp minced garlic - Salt and pepper - Optional: 2 anchovies Recipe: - Season your chicken & add to a pan on medium heat. My favorite meal preps🥗🫙 I haven’t done the oil dressing since my first prep, I almost forgot how good it was. Super light. You guys cracked me up about these hard boiled eggs the last time I did them🤣 I put them in straight out of the refrigerator into my cosori air fryer on 300 for 11 minutes. Let them cool off then dip them in an ice bath. They come out perfect every time. Anyone tried it yet? For the croutons- cube a loaf up, add oil, salt pepper and Italian seasoning. Use your air fryer at 400 for about 4 minutes.
AVOCADO CORN SALAD I’m a firm believer that eating your veggies in dip form is superior Ingredients 2.5 16 ounce bags of frozen fire roasted corn (can also use 3 cans of canned corn) 2 red bell peppers 2 jalapeños 1 shallot 2 avocados 3/4 cup low fat feta cheese 3 tbsp light mayo Juice of 1.5 limes Salt to taste 1 tsp garlic powder Optional: 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds Instructions 1. Cook corn according to package instructions, I heated mine on the stovetop. Set aside to cool. If using canned corn, drain and rinse and set aside. 2. Prep all your veggies by chopping into small pieces, my veggie chopper is on my stories! 3. Add corn, bell pepper, jalapeno, shallot, avocado and feta to a large bowl. Then add mayo, lime, salt, and garlic powder. Toss until everything is well combined, adjust salt according to preference. Then mix in pumpkin seeds. 4. Enjoy on its own, with tortilla chips, on top of rice cakes, with some chicken for a complete meal, the options are endless. 5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, FOR MEAL PREP DO NOT ADD AVOCADO UNTIL READY TO EAT! #mealprep #mealprepideas #saladrecipe #saladsoftiktok
