@maorluz1 haven’t eating animals since 6 years from now. For him it was easy from the beginning because he knew how cook. He always loved cooking but with time he learned more and more about the plant based kitchen. Most people think going vegan is eating lettuce all day or that is very difficult or expensive. The opposite of it all. It’s time for you to explore a little more and learn how it make amazing and healthy food that is 100% plant based. We are gonna show you all our kitchen recipes of Moroccan and Colombian style of food but also gonna be different kind of food from all around the world. Our goal is to get better and learn more and show you how simple it is to live plant based. The first dish we made is Meatless balls Moroccan style with red sauce with @impossible_foods So delicious. High with #protein and very simple to make. Ingredients: Vegan Meatballs Moroccan style Impossible meat 340 gr 1 chopped Onion 1 cup of chopped cilantro 1 tsp consommé powder 1 little tsp cumin 1 tsp of Salt and 1 tsp of pepper 1 cup of Bread crumbs 3 tsp of Olive oil Red sauce 1 tsp of Olive oil 2 chopped Tomatoes 1 chopped Garlic 1 cup of water 1 tsp of Salt and 1 tsp of pepper 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp consomé powder Let us know what you think. ❤️ #vegan #meatless #veganmeatballs #impossiblefoods #plantbased

Facts 💥 TVP stands for textured vegetable protein and it is a soy based product 💥 You can find it in the dry aisle in most health stores. Full deets below 👇🏽 Vegan Meatballs | Makes 16 Meatballs Meatball Base 1 c TVP textured veg protein 1 c veg broth I/2 c panko bread crumbs Umami Mix 1/4 avocado oil 1/4 c all purpose flour 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 2 tbsp umami seasoning (mushroom seasoning) or any other savory seasoning blend 2 tbsp flax seed 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp molasses 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp italian seasoning 1 tsp liquid smoke Directions Begin by heating up your veg broth to a slight boil and pouring it over your TVP to rehydrate it. While that rehydrating, combine all umami mix in a large bowl until well combined.Next add in your hydrated TVP and panko bread crumbs to your large bowl and combine until a large ball forms. Take 2 tbsp of your meat mix and roll into a ball, then add to a baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour until solid. Now add each meat ball to a storage bag and heat + serve as desired. Additional Ingredients 1/2 onion - diced 5 cloves garlic - minced 1 jar pasta sauce of choice 3/4 c liquid gold (reserved pasta water) Pasta of choice! Topping: Parsley @violife_foods parm To cook your meatballs: Heat your skillet to a medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp avocado oil and brown each side of your meatball. Now add your onion, garlic and sauté until fragrant. Begin to cook your pasta according to pkg directions. Now add your jar of tomato sauce and 3/4 c of liquid gold (reserved pasta water) , then top with some vegan cheese and parm! Serve with some freshly cooked pasta 🥰 #vegan
