Here’s the tea to decreasing fat WHILE growing the glutes sis ☕️ 1. Carb cycling 🔁 this is when you go back and forth between high carb days and low carb days. What works for me is on my rest days, those are when I have a lower amount of carbs and on days I workout I have a higher amount of carbs. When your body receives limited carbs, it relies on fat as the primary fuel source, which can be helpful for weight management, body fat losses, and boosting carb storage when carbs are reintroduced. 2. Drinking PLENTY OF WATER💦 everyone knows it’s important to drink water.. but do you know why? One thing that people don’t often know is that plenty of water protects your tissues, spinal cord and joints by acting as a lubricant for them. Water also helps your body remove waste and is a necessity for digestion. So if you’re bloated or constipated frequently… you may not be drinking enough water. 3. Do not and I repeat DO NOT SKIP MEALS!! Fasting and skipping meals actually slows down your metabolism. Eating 3-5 meals a day is way more beneficial for your body when it comes to decreasing fat 4. Pick up those WEIGHTS 🏋🏽‍♂️ you need to add some type of resistance whether it’s 5lbs or 100lbs.. you need to weight train to increase lean muscle mass! You can’t necessarily spot reduce fat and everybody’s body is shaped differently but this is the best way to sculpt your body to the look and physique you’re wanting 5. Cook your meals at home!!! 👩🏽‍🍳 avoid processed foods and refined sugars and eating out because you know how much oil, how much chicken, how much noodles or whatever you’re eating. You know how much you are putting into your body at home. You can portion your foods out so much better and will tend to not over eat. Compared to eating out, you could be eating 1900 cals in one sitting and not even realize!
