Want to level up your team’s communication under pressure and mental flexibility? I’ve got the game for you! It’s called “Shark and Fishes” and it really makes teamwork a splash. 😉🐠 So here’s how we do this: What you’ll need is a stuffed shark and two smaller stuffed fishes (you can use different color inflatable balls too). Make sure you’ve got enough room to move around because this game will have you moving, tossing, and passing. The flow starts by passing the SHARK around the circle one person at a time. 🔄 Keep it moving in a specific order like a whirlpool! 🌊 Then the FISHES get added to the mix. 🐠🐠 Fishes can be passed right, left, or JUMP across the circle with a toss. The SHARK chases the FISHES! 🦈🐟 When you have the fish, your objective is to stay alive. Keep it away from the shark. When you have the shark, your objective is to pass it closer to the fish. This game is all about being able to think on your feet, stay focused on the task, and communicate under pressure with your teammates. It’s a GREAT dynamic game. And bonus points, it gets energy up, and everyone smiling! 😄🧠⚡️ I want to give credit to the authors of the book “Yes, and… Your Mental Agility” Sue Walden and Joost Kadjik for this gem of a game. 💎 #NationalHaveFunatWorkDay is this Friday and I’ve been sharing some of my favorite team-building games leading up to it. Which ones have been your favorite so far? If you’ve been loving these ideas, shoot me a DM or click the link in my bio to schedule a call. Let’s talk about how we can bring the FUN to your organization!
