Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta Recipe Ingredients: - 1 red bell pepper, diced 3 cloves garlic minced 2 shallots, finely chopped 3 green onions, chopped 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp garlic butter seasoning - 1 tsp chili powder - 1 tsp garlic salt - 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning - 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined - 2 cups heavy whipping cream - 12 oz bowtie pasta, cooked and drained Instructions: 1. Sauté vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced bell pepper, minced garlic, chopped shallots, and green onions. Stir and cook until softened and flavors combine, about 5 minutes. 2. Season shrimp: Sprinkle seasoning over shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Prepare cream sauce: Pour in heavy whipping cream and stir well. Let simmer on low for 10 minutes to meld flavors. 4. Combine with pasta: Add cooked bowtie pasta to the pot and toss until coated with creamy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. 5. Here’s the recipe🤍 Ingredients 1 16oz pack of organic felicetti Ditalini pasta 3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp butter ½ of a Shallot finely chopped ½ tbsp minced garlic 2.5 cups chicken broth or stock 2 cups water ½ cup heavy cream ½ grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp Basil Crushed red pepper, Salt, & pepper to taste ¼ cup Fresh parsley chopped Heat olive oil in a saucepan with shallots & minced garlic. Add ditalini Pasta & stir for about a minute, being careful not to burn the pasta. Add chicken broth & water. Cover. Let boil until most of the broth is absorbed.
