Easy homemade chili for the 🏆 - - - - INGREDIENTS: 2 lb lean Ground Beef, (90/10) 1 large onion, diced 2 bell peppers, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried oregano 1 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste 1/2 tsp cayenne 1 tbsp sugar 1 cup beef broth (might need more) 1 can tomato sauce 1 can diced tomatoes, with juice 1 can rotel tomatoes w/ green chilis, with juice 1 can chili pinto beans 1 can chili kidney beans INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, onions, and bell peppers to the skillet and saute until tender (4-5 minutes) 2. Add beef and saute (4-5 minutes), breaking it up with a spatula 3. Add minced garlic, beef broth, and all of the seasonings. Cook for another minute chopping and stirring constantly. 4. Add remaining ingredients into the pot: tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with juice, rotel tomatoes with juice, and both cans of chili beans with liquid. Stir to combine and cook on low for about 1 hr. Stir periodically.
