SAVE 📲 and SHARE 🔄 for later! ✳️ Macros (makes 18 cookies): 22 Cals, 2g Carbs, 1g Fat, 2g Protein *390 calories and 28g of protein for ALL* ✳️ Ingredients for Wet Ingredients: 1 Whole Egg 30g or 2tbsp Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt 21g or 1.5tbsp Light Butter, Melted 24g or 2tbsp Erythritol Brown Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve) 4mL or 1tsp Vanilla Extract *you can also use light butter as a substitute for Greek yogurt* ✳️ Ingredients for Dry Ingredients: 25g or 10/3tbsp All Purpose Flour 20g or 2/3 Scoops Vanilla Casein Protein Powder (@legion - code nickkaz saves 20%) 60g or 5tbsp Erythritol Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve) 3g or 0.5tsp Baking Soda 1g or 0.5tsp Salt ✳️ Ingredients for Mix-ins: 20g or 1.5tbsp M&Ms Extra M&M’s (*optional*) ✳️ Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grab a mixing bowl. Add ingredients for wet ingredients. Mix. 3. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for dry ingredients. Mix. 4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and avoid clumping. Add ingredients for mix-ins. Mix again. 5. Add cookie dough to fridge for 15 minutes. 6. Grab cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray or add parchment paper (make them into small cookies they will expand a lot while baking). 7. Add splash of water on hands and flatten them. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes (take out slightly underdone as they will cook out of the oven). Use mini circular cookie cutter to shape cookies. Then enjoy!

I hope you love this one as much as I do 🤗 - (Chocolate crust) ✰ 1 cup (30g) chocolate rice kripsy cereal ✰ 2-3 tbsp (30-45g) sf maple syrup (Cheesecake) ✰ 1/2 cup (124g) low fat cream cheese ✰ 2/3 cup (160g) 0% Greek yogurt ✰ 1/4 cup (50g) monkfruit ✰ 1 egg ✰ dash vanilla and lemon juice ✰ 1 scoop (37g) protein powder (I like @1UpNutrition Birthday Cake - code fitfoodie) (Chocolate Ganache) ✰ 2 tbsp (20g) cocoa powder ✰ 2 tbsp (18g) protein powder ✰ 2 tbsp powdered monkfruit/sweetener ✰ 2-3 tbsp milk (slowly add it in until you get the right consistency) (Crushed pecans (10g) and sf caramel for topping) 1 Preheat oven to 350 F 2. Crush cereal and combine with syrup. 3. Spray 3, 4 inch spring pans (I got mine on Amazon) and pack cereal mixture. 4. Mix cheesecake ingredients and pour into tins. 5. Bake for about 20-25 min or until middle is set but a bit soft (do not over bake or they will become dry). 6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. 7. Taco loaded potato bowl for Meal Prep (recipe 👇🏽) 😍 Ingredients: 2lb 93% lean ground beef 🥩 2 laughing cow where’s 1/2 cup beef broth 2 medium sized russet potatoes 🥔 @kroger Taco seasoning, to taste 👅 Salt/pepper, to taste For the pico de gallo: * 3-4 tomatoes, diced * 1/2 white onion, diced * 1 jalapeno pepper or SERRANO, finely minced (optional) * 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped * 2 Tbsp lime juice, from 1 lime * 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste * Black pepper, to taste For the guac: * 3 avocados, ripe * ½ small yellow onion, finely diced * 2 Roma tomatoes, diced * 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro * 1 jalapeno pepper OR SERRANO * 1-2 garlic cloves, minced * 1 lime, juiced
½ teaspoon sea salt Instructions 1. Dice your russet potatoes into tiny cubes, spray w avocado oil, season w taco seasoning 2. Air fry at 400°F for 14-17 mins or Bake at 400°F for 20-22 mins 3. Preheat a heavy bottom pan on high for 5 mins, spray w avocado oil, then add then add 2 LB lean ground beef 4. Season with taco seasoning, salt/pepper, to taste cook for a 3-4 minutes then add 2 laughing cow wedges, 1/2 cup beef broth and continue cooking until all the liquid evaporates 5. Make pico and guac and store in fridge 6. To assemble the bowl, start with the potatoes, top with ground beef, low fat shredded cheese, guac, pico, and light sour cream then garnish with more cilantro 😍 PSA: if you’re meal prepping these then make sure you don’t microwave the pico and guac!
