Do you have the habit of checking your weight every day once you start dieting? Let me break it to you: this is the worst thing you can do for your mind and peace.

You shouldn’t check your weight every day or every few hours because your body weight changes daily based on various factors. For example,
➡️ What you ate the night before
➡️ if your period is due, if you did some heavy exercise
➡️ if you’re constipated can all affect your weight.
These factors can make the scale go up or down daily. This doesn’t mean you’re not progressing towards your goal, or not losing body fat.
Checking your weight every day can make you feel frustrated and stressed over small changes, which can negatively impact your weight loss journey.

✅ Fat loss doesn’t happen overnight with just one day of dieting. It usually takes about a week to lose half a pound. So, it’s better to sit back and relax. Don’t worry too much about the number on the scale. Instead, focus on your overall progress and well-being.

❌ Stop checking your weight multiple times a day, especially before and after eating. This way, you can avoid unnecessary stress and stay motivated on your journey.
