Yaw Asiedu { Yao Ah-see-a-do} is a Ghanaian photographer currently based in New York City. His work has appeared in numerous publications including British Vogue, L’Officiel, 7Hues, and many more. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Biology, Yaw was introduced to the fashion industry as a model. His love for the creative process led him to get behind the lens. Known for a clean, soulful, crisp and aesthetically pleasing tones, his imagery seems to show the connection he has with the talent he photographs. Yaw’s knowledge, understanding, and background as a model gives him an edge as a photographer.
