How I build my WF salad: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - layer of leafy greens - layer of vegetables, can be cooked and/or raw - higher fiber grains and/or bean - protein source (chicken, fish, tofu, beans, or a protein from the hot bar) - olive oil + a little of whatever salad dressing im craving ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you are worried about cost, avoid heavy vegetables like tomatoes and go heavier on the greens and lighter veg/grains.
