We finally made it in to Sip Munch Cafe - a Vietnamese-owned café and boba shop. With holidays coming up and so many people to reconnect with, I find it great for meetups. The ambiance is charming, capturing the essence of modern Vietnam with its décor and street-side-style small tables. Recently, they’ve added Vietnamese snacks to their menu, including bánh tráng trộn which is crispy rice paper mixed with fish sauce, nuts, herbs, egg, and BBQ jerky. We also tried the Pandan Coffee, which was delightfully strong and aromatic, as well as their special Rose Date Tea. The tea, served hot, was lightly sweetened and incredibly refreshing despite it being a hot beverage. Very sweet owners. They're pretty much there everyday so y'all should chat them up and learn a thing or two! I'm a huge proponate of being unapologetically Asian so very happy to see that the modern Vietnamese food and concepts are slowly coming over! What else?! 🫶 #atxasianfood #austinfood @Sip Munch Cafe
