QUICK RAMEN 🍜 Veganuary Nr. 5🌱 This is made in 15-20mins (depends on your cooking skills hehe😜) but tastes so comforting and warming… love it!🤩 RECIPE (3 servings, 20min prep time): -1 onion -a thumbsize piece of ginger -3 cloves garlic Sauté in oil for a couple minutes. -2 cups (500ml) water -2 Tbsp miso paste -2 Tbsp soy sauce -2 Tbsp sugar -optionally: 1 Tsp Gochujang -1 Tbsp lime juice or vinegar Let it simmer while preparing toppings. -3 servings of noodles -pak choi and tofu (or other toppings you like) I fried the tofu until crispy and sautéed the pak Choi. Serve in a bowl and top with chili oil if you like. - SCHNELLE RAMEN 🍜 Veganuary Nr. 5🌱 Die sind in 15–20 Minuten fertig (hängt von deinen Kochkünsten ab, hehe😜), schmecken aber so wohlig und wärmend … lieb‘s einfach!🤩 REZEPT (3 Portionen, 20 Minuten Zubereitungszeit): -1 Zwiebel - ein daumengroßes Stück Ingwer -3 Knoblauchzehen Einige Minuten in Öl anbraten. -2 Tassen (500 ml) Wasser -2 EL Misopaste -2 EL Sojasauce -2 EL Zucker -optional: 1 TL Gochujang -1 EL Limettensaft oder Essig Köcheln lassen währebd die Toppings vorbereitet werden. -3 Portionen Nudeln -Pak Choi und Tofu (oder andere Toppings nach deinem Geschmack) Ich habe den Tofu knusprig gebraten und den Pak Choi kurz angebraten. JINYA CREAMY VEGAN RAMEN COPYCAT 
4 cups vegetable broth
¼ cup tahini - smooth and runny
2 tablespoons miso paste - I prefer white miso paste, but red miso paste works too
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3 cloves garlic - minced
1 yellow onion - diced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2-3 cups spinach - substitute kale if desired
2 bricks ramen noodles  Toppings
silken tofu - cubed
green onion - to taste
crispy onion strings
sesame seeds
chili oil - to taste 2-3 cups spinach - substitute kale if desired
garlic oil 🔸Add 1 tbsp of oil to a large pot over med heat. Saute onion & garlic until translucent and fragrant. Stir frequently to prevent burning the garlic. 🔸Add in 1 cup of the vegetable broth, ¼ cup of tahini, 2 tablespoons miso paste, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.  Stir until tahini and miso paste have completely dissolved and are well incorporated with broth. This will help prevent the tahini and miso paste from sticking to the bottom of the pot while simmering. 🔸Once incorporated, add remaining 3 cups veggie broth. Stir well and add the lid. Allow broth to gently simmer on low for 20 minss, stirring half way to be sure miso paste isn’t sticking to bottom of the pot. 🔸When broth has 5-10 minutes left to simmer, cook your ramen noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot. Strain the broth for a silky smooth broth. 🔸Ladle the ramen into serving bowls and top with desired toppings and chili oil to taste!
