Easy Tzatziki Recipe 🥒 Tzatziki is second place when it comes to Toum (in my opinion), but d*mn is this a good recipe. So fresh, so bright, so garlicky! Oh and I’m not claiming this is traditional, but it’s delicious :) INGREDIENTS 2, 5.3oz @FAGE greek yogurt (full fat is best, but use whatever you like) 1/2 large English cucumber, peeled and shredded Garlic, grated, to taste (I used 4 large cloves) Salt, to taste Chopped fresh dill, to taste, about 1/3 cup (plus more to garnish) Juice from 1/2 lemon Splash of red wine vinegar @Graza Drizzle to garnish STEPS 1. Peel your cucumber then use a box grater or cheese grater to shred 2. Use your hands, a paper towel or a cheese cloth to squeeze out as much water as possible. Discard the liquid. 3. To a small mixing bowl, add in your greek yogurt, cucumber, grated garlic, salt, dill, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar. Stir until fully combined. 4. Top with extra dill and olive oil. Serve with warm pita, chips, or veggies. Enjoy!
