Golden Milk (Turmeric Milk) Golden milk, also known as turmeric milk, is a traditional Indian beverage rich in minerals that has been a part of Indian culture for many years. Turmeric, or haldi, naturally contains anti-inflammatory and antibiotic properties, making it a valuable source of natural health benefits. This spice has been a staple in kitchens for centuries, not only adding a vibrant yellow color but also enhancing the flavor of dishes. When combined with milk, turmeric creates a powerful wellness drink enjoyed by people all over the world. Adding other spices like ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper to golden milk not only enhances its flavor but also boosts its health benefits.
