Ingredients: 1 lb steak tips, room temp & patted dry 1 & 1/2 cups long grain rice 8-10 garlic cloves, chopped 2 & 1/2 cups chicken stock Juice of 1 lime 1/2 stick of butter 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil 1-2 tsp adobo 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Directions: In a bowl add in your room temp, patted dry steak tips and season them with adobo, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. In a pan with vegetable oil, add your steak tips and cook them 3-5 minutes per side (or until browned) on medium-high heat. To the pan add garlic and rice. Sauté everything for about 2-3 minutes until the rice is toasty. (Don't stop moving it or the rice will burn). Then add in your butter, lime juice, and chicken stock. Give that a stir and bring the pan to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, lower it to a simmer, and pop the lid on. Let that cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is done and fluffy.
