Remove the seeds from your pumpkin. Separate them from the pulp as best as you can. 2. Place the seeds in a colander and rinse under cold water to remove any remaining pumpkin pulp. 3. Pat the seeds dry with a towel. The drier the seeds, the crispier they’ll get when roasted. 4. In a bowl, toss the dry seeds with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, or any seasonings you prefer. 5. Spread the seeds evenly on a baking sheet. Roast them in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting. 6.
