you know these ribs were FIRE🙂↔️🤭❤️ recipe below!! • Ingredients: • 1/4 cup paprika • 3 heaping tbsp brown sugar • 1 tbsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, and salt • 1/2 tbsp pepper, cayenne, chili powder & cumin (I dont love cumin so you can add more if you want) • BBQ SAUCES: sweet baby rays honey bbq & black label black truffle • mustard or avocado oil as binder Directions: • prep your ribs by removing the membrane on the back and pat them dry reslly well with paper towels • put mustard/oil as a binder on each side of the ribs • mix all your seasonings and generously coat the front and back of the ribs, patting in the seasoning (NOT rubbing) • once both sides are covered in seasoning, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil tightly. I double wrapped mine • put the covered ribs in a 280-300 degree oven for 3 hours (some peoples ovens roast things faster so you can check them at 2:30hrs) • remove them from the oven after 3 hours and add a generous coating of bbq sauce (sometimes it needs two coats) • set your oven to broil on low and put the ribs back in for about 10 minutes. Check them every couple of minutes to make sure they dont burn • remove from oven and enjoy them with sides of your choice :) • #cooking #easyrecipe #easyrecipes #ribs #ovenbaked #oven #stlouisribs #baking #mashedpotatoes #macncheese #roastedvegetables #lovelanguage #cookingformyboyfriend
