Mmmmmm!🤤💕 ✨Save this recipe for later✨ Chicken: 4 chicken thighs, deboned, skin on 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt Garlic Butter Sauce: 3 garlic cloves, minced or paste 1/2 cup unsalted butter A handful of parsley, chopped 1/4 tsp salt Pinch of black pepper Instructions: 1- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. 2- Season the chicken with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt on both sides. 3- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). 4- Place the chicken thighs skin side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes. 5- Flip the chicken thighs skin side up and cook for an additional 15 minutes at 380°F or until the skin is fully crispy. 6- While the chicken cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to the melted butter. Stir until fragrant. 7- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and brush with the garlic butter sauce. Diabetes-friendly recipes: Low carb okonomiyaki Ingredients (30g protein per serving): -300g shredded cabbage -2 eggs -1 large can low sodium tuna -1 whole avocado -1 tablespoon chili oil -2 tablespoons bonito flakes Instructions: 1. Drain canned tuna, slice avocado and mix together in small bowl. Season lightly as desired with olive oil, pepper, italian garlic seasoning, and furikake. 2. Shred cabbage in bowl, crack 2 eggs and mix together thoroughly until creating a foamy mixture. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste, then add tuna and avocado mixture. 3. Add mixture onto pan to form pancake shape and cook one side on medium low heat for 4-5 minutes until bottom is browned 4. Once bottom is solidified, flip over and cook other side for a 4-5 more minutes until reaching desired pancake texture. Make sure it’s cooked through otherwise the pancake may fall apart! 5.
