Easy picked red onions 🧅✨ I always have a batch of these delicious pickled red onions to add to salads, bowls, wraps & sandwiches! They are so much flavor and a pretty pop of color to any meal 💗 Ingredients: - 1 red onion - 1/2 cup boiling water - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar or white vinegar - 1/2 tbsp salt - 1/2 tbsp honey or white sugar How to: - thinly slice onion using a sharp knife or mandolin - add the sliced onions to a jar or glass container with a lid - whisk together the boiling water, vinegar, salt and honey - pour the vinegar mixture over the onions, cover with lid and place in the fridge for at least 30 mins but overnight is best - store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks! #healthyrecipes #easyrecipe #pickledonions #healthyeating #recipe #mealprep
