pasta party ftw 🤩 sooo easy to do, recipe below! -2cups 00 flour -3 room temp eggs -pinch of salt -1/2tbsp olive oil -make a well in the flour, add the eggs, salt, and oil -whisk with a fork and slowly incorporate some of the flour -use a bench scraper to fold the eggs and flour until its together enough to knead -knead for 5ish min until the dough is smooth. It should bounce back when pressing on it! Dont over knead!! -cover in a little olive oil, wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for 30 min. -divide dough into 4ths. Put through the largest setting, fold, and run through the largest setting one more time and each setting until it’s the thickness you like!! Add flour when needed -add pasta to boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 min until its floating. Mix with sauce of choice and enjoy 🫶🏼
