Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. 4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. 5. I am *not* a fan of most extracts. I avoid any lemon extract in my lemon cakes by adding the zest of like 5 large lemons to my sugar and letting it sit for at least half an hour prior to finishing batter. The oils in the zest release into the sugar and it’s a game changer for any citrus cake!

Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Add your cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, lemon juice, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix together until everything is fully combined. 3.
