This is without a doubt one of my favorite pasta recipes with my @kaizenfoodco low carb high protein pasta. Code TIKTOK saves you 20% on the site. . This recipe is so good and you can make it with any pasta you prefer. . Here is how I made it: . 1.Finely chop 1/2 yellow onion and mince 2-3 garlic cloves. Get a pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil, add the onion and sauté for 2ish minutes, gently bringing the onion back and forth, then add the garlic and sauté for another minute, stirring frequently. . 2.Add 1 tbsp oregano or thyme, and 1/2 to 1 tbsp of your favorite chili flakes. I used Aleppo pepper. Mix frequently, for about another minute. . 3.Slice up 1.5 to 2 cups of your favorite mushrooms and add it to the pan, stir it well until the mushrooms have been evenly coated. Then add 1/3 cup of roughly cut sundried tomato that were marinated in olive oil. . 4.Add in 1 tbsp of tomato paste, a couple pinches of salt and pepper, add 1 cup of cream, and mix well. Add a handful of fresh basil and 1/2 cup of finely shredded pecorino. Mix, set to the side. . 5.Cook up 6-8oz of your pasta of choice. I used my Kaizen lowcarb high protein pasta. I just cooked the Kaizen pasta for 5.5 minutes in generously salted water and strained it. . 6.Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss well, then plate it up. You can add more shredded pecorino and fresh basil if you prefer. . ENJOY .
