FRUIT MOCHI IN GINZA There are so many more types of Japanese mochi than I thought. I can’t even tell you what all the flavours are but the most famous one which I didn’t know was a thing is this grape mochi. Theyre not cheap either, almost $5 aud for one so I just got the grape and a random one. I can confirm the grape one was really good, soo juicy and fresh and contrasts the mochi so no wonder its famous. Ingredientes✨ 100gr harina de arroz glutinoso (1tza) 25gr azúcar blanca (2cdas) 150ml agua (1/2tza y 2cdas) Colorante (opcional) Para el relleno usé chantilly (la que viene lista para batir) y mermelada de fresa pero puedes rellenarlo de lo que quieras😍🙌🏼 Aunque el proceso es muy fácil debo decir que no me salieron a la primera😂 me falto cocinar un poco más la masa por eso se me abrían por todos lados cuando intentaba rellenarlos pero el segundo intento fue el ganador🙌🏼 Tapa el bowl con papel film y mételo 1min al microondas, mueve la mezcla y vuelve a repetir el proceso. Yo repetí el proceso en este orden: 1min, 1min, 30seg y 30seg. Puede que tu microondas tenga más o menos potencia que el mío así que puedes probar de 30seg en 30seg hasta que la masa parezca una goma. También puedes hacerlo en un sartén antiadherente a fuego muy bajito, cocínalo sin dejar de moverlo hasta que tengas una masa compacta y gomosa.
