#ad Welcome to sandwich land - where all of your wildest slider dreams come true!! #KingsHawaiianPartner I took King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Bites, toasted ‘em, stuffed ‘em with crispy fried mortadella, creamy dijonnaise, and melty provolone… in honor of Anthony Bourdain’s favorite sandwich! These lil guys are like a miniature bite of heaven that are perfect for entertaining! You’re going to LOVE them! 1 tub of King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Bites 2 tbsp olive oil, divided ¾ lb Mortadella, thinly sliced ¼ lb provolone cheese, cut into small pieces ⅓ cup dijonnaise Slice pretzel bites in half and place on a baking sheet - cut side up. Drizzle with half of the olive oil and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside. Meanwhile, get a large skillet heated over medium-high and create little clumps of mortadella with each slice. Add the remaining olive oil then add the clumps of mortadella. Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Top each one with a tiny piece of provolone cheese and then stack two of the cheesy meat piles on top of each other. You will probably need to do this in 3-4 batches. Smear the bottom of each pretzel bite with the dijonnaise then top with a pile of the cheesy crispy meat then put the top of the slider on top. Repeat for all pretzel bites before serving. Or get the full recipe on my website here - https://grilledcheesesocial.com/2024/09/26/fried-mortadella-sliders-kings-hawaiian-pretzel-bites/
