EASY AIR FRYER BLUEBERRY BAGELS Greek yogurt bagels are all over the internet, so I had to try them! These are made with equal parts non-fat Greek yogurt and flour—delicious and packed with protein. Plus, they’re super easy to make you won’t want to buy store-bought bagels ever again. SAVE FOR YOUR NEXT BAGEL CRAVING How to make them: Mix equal parts non-fat Greek yogurt and self-rising flour (I used 1 cup of each for 4 bagels. No self-rising flour? Add 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt per 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Mix and knead until you’ve got a dough ball. They will be sticky at first, that’s ok. If you want to make blueberry bagels, add about ½ cup blueberries (defrosted if frozen). Lightly flour a surface, knead for a couple more minutes, and divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll into balls and poke a hole in the center to make a bagel shape. Brush bagels with egg wash, add toppings if desired (sesame, poppyseeds or everything bagel seasoning etc.) and air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Adjust time as needed as cooking time may vary based on the appliance. I used the @ourplace Wonder Oven and 20 mins was perfect. When they’re golden, allow them to cool. Slice and enjoy with your favourite spread. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside—perfect. . . . . . #bagels #blueberrybagel #bagelrecipe #airfryerrecipes #homemadebagels #homemadebread #greekyogurtrecipes #greekyogurt #bagelsandwich #breakfastideas #homemadewithlove #airfryercooking #healthybread #healthybaking #easybaking
