What I eat in a day as a nutritionist As always let me know what recipes you want me to post in the infeed ✨ Started off with my gut supplements routine of 5g l glutamine and my probiotic @epetome_co (ad own brand) Breakfast was smashed sausage tacos with avocado, tomato and feta. Will definitely make these again. Lunch was a good ciabatta sandwich with pesto, mozzarella, roast peppers, olives, rocket and olive oil. All the Mediterranean vibes and sometimes you just need a good sandwhich. Dinner was a lighter tortellini soup with asparagus and lemon. Pasta night but light and summery.
