Burger seasoning: 1/2 tsp ground mustard 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
Homemade Big Mac burger sauce: 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp Honey mustard 2 dill pickle spears, chopped Sprinkle of garlic powder Sprinkle of salt Splash of sweet pickle juice instructions: 1. Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked. Once cooked, season with the burger seasoning and give everything a good mix. 2. While the meat is cooking, make the sauce. In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt, ketchup, honey mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined, then set aside. 3. Now it’s time to assemble! In the center of each tortilla, add the sauce, ground beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced onion. Fold in both sides of the tortilla and then roll as if you are rolling a burrito, making sure to push the toppings into the center as you're rolling. 4. Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat and add a tiny bit of oil. Cook for a few minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and warm on the inside! 5.
