A winner every. single. time. ⚡️#easyrecipes #garlic #lemon #fyp #learnontiktok #recipesoftiktok 40g butter 6-8 garlic cloves, roughly chopped 1 cup chicken stock (powdered) Juice and zest of one lemon 25g Parmesan cheese, grated 1/3 cup thickened cream 6-8 cubes of frozen spinach or as much fresh as you like (big handful at least) 1kg-1.2kg chicken thighs 3 tbs smokey paprika Sea salt to taste, a big pinch Preheat oven to 170c fan-forced. Melt butter in saucepan on medium. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 mins. Add stock, lemon and Parmesan. Stir. Add cream and spinach and simmer for 5 mins. Place chicken into an oven sage pan and coat in paprika and salt on both sides. Roll thighs back up and pour over sauce. Bake for 50 mins until golden. high protein cheeseburger wraps 🍔🤤 ✨ full recipe below! 👇🏼 what you’ll need: Taco sized tortillas (I used mission carb balance) 1 lb ground beef shredded sharp cheddar cheese shredded romaine lettuce 1/2 small yellow onion, finely diced 
 Burger seasoning:  1/2 tsp ground mustard 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp paprika  1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 
 Homemade Big Mac burger sauce: 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp Honey mustard 2 dill pickle spears, chopped Sprinkle of garlic powder Sprinkle of salt Splash of sweet pickle juice instructions: 1. Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked. Once cooked, season with the burger seasoning and give everything a good mix. 2. While the meat is cooking, make the sauce. In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt, ketchup, honey mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined, then set aside. 3. Now it’s time to assemble! In the center of each tortilla, add the sauce, ground beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced onion. Fold in both sides of the tortilla and then roll as if you are rolling a burrito, making sure to push the toppings into the center as you're rolling. 4. Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat and add a tiny bit of oil. Cook for a few minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and warm on the inside! 5. homemade crunchwrap supreme 🥑🌮🤤recipe deets below!! 👇🏼 What you’ll need: Buritto Size tortillas Fajita size tortillas 1 lb ground turkey or ground beef 1 packet of taco seasoning Sour cream Nacho cheese or queso Shredded cheddar cheese Shredded romaine lettuce Tomatoes, diced Red onion, diced Avocado oil spray Served with guacamole & hot sauce Instructions: 1. In a large skillet on medium high heat add the ground turkey and cook about 7-10 minutes, breaking up the meat into smaller pieces and stirring occasionally until fully cooked. 2. Once cooked, add the packet of taco seasoning and water if the packet instructions call for that. Mix well and let it simmer on low for a few minutes and then set aside. 3. On a plate lay down the burrito size tortilla. 4. Spoon a layer of sour cream onto the center of the tortilla and spread it out, leaving some space around the edges. Repeat the same for the queso. 5. Add a couple scoops of the taco meat and top with some shredded cheddar cheese. Again, making sure to keep everything in the center. 6. Next add the shredded lettuce, red onion, and tomatoes. Be careful not to overfill, otherwise you won’t be able to close the crunchwrap. 7. Lay a fajita size tortilla directly on top of the filling. Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating pleats as you go. Press down gently to seal the folds. You’ll have to hold this down with your hand to keep it closed until you move it to the skillet. 8. Heat a skillet to medium high heat and spray with some avocado oil. Carefully transfer the crunchwrap to the skillet, folded side down. 9. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted. 10. Once cooked, cut in half (optional), and serve with some quacamole, salsa, or hot sauce!

Cheeseburger Garlic Bread is an easy dinner recipe the whole family will love! INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 chopped onion 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each onion powder and paprika 1 TBSP minced garlic 1 box garlic bread Shredded cheddar cheese Burger Sauce (1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/8 cup mustard, 1 TBSP sweet relish) 2 Chopped green onions INSTRUCTIONS Bake garlic bread in the oven following the directions on the package. I like to bake it a little bit longer than it calls for, so it is more toasted. Make homemade burger sauce by stirring together mayo, ketchup, mustard, and sweet relish. Set aside. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium high heat and add all seasonings. Once the beef is browned, drain grease, and add minced garlic. Stir well. Add ground beef mixture on top of garlic bread. Add cheese on top and put back in the oven to melt the cheese. Top with the homemade burger sauce and some chopped green onions. MCHICKEN SHAWARMA SHEET PAN DINNER . If you love quick, easy but super flavorful meals, try making this chicken shawarma sheet pan dinner. Grilled chicken is great, but sometimes you dont feel like firing up the grill and this is an incredible way to put your oven to good use for a ridiculously good meal! I paired this up with some oven roasted grilled onions that were unreal, a delicious cucumber yogurt spread, and side salad. You can serve it over rice, in a pita, or if you are keeping things lowcarb, my high protein lowcarb Kaizen rice. . Here is how to make it: 1.Cut 1.5-2lb boneless skinless chicken thighs into strips or chunks. Place in a large bowl. Drizzle with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt, 2 tbsp tomato paste, juice of 1 large lemon, 6 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp thyme or oregano, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, 1/3 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cumin, and a couple pinches salt + pepper. . 2.Mix really well and marinate for at least 2-6 hrs, but ideally overnight. This is important! . 3.When you’re ready to eat, remove chicken from fridge and let it sit at room temp for 30 mins. . 4.Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the chicken to the tray, dont overcrowd the tray. Then cut 2 red onions into wedges and toss around the chicken on the tray. Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with about 1/2 tbsp sumac. . 5.Pop into the oven at 400F for 37-40 mins. . 6.Make the cucumber sauce by mixing 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 Persian cucumber finely diced, 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill, 1 small shallot finely shredded/processed, juice of half a lemon, a couple pinches salt & pepper. Mix well. . 7.Remove the sheet pan from the oven, then top with a few dollops of the spread, lots of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or mint would be great here!), diced cucumber, another dusting of sumac, and fresh lemon juice. . You can eat this as is, with rice, quinoa, or if you want to keep it lowcarb, my lowcarb @kaizenfoodco rice. .
