EVERY DIP NEEDS A CHIP 🔥 every dip needs a chip, so today I’ve got THREE quick, easy & delicious dip recipes for YOU to enjoy for your next chips + dips night... the dips are as follows: CARAMELISED ONION + CREAM CHEESE DIP ⚪️ AVOCADO CREMA 🟢 PICO DE GALLO 🔴 I’ll leave the full recipes below - so grab your partner, friends or family, make some dips + chips, and get dipping! (orginal content was part of a paid instagram partnership) DIP RECIPES (each serves 4-5) • For the CARAMELISED ONION DIP, slice 2-3 large brown onions, add to a pan with butter, oil + a pinch of salt. Cook on a low heat for 30-45 minutes (longer the better), deglazing the pan with a splash of water when it catches. In a bowl, mix the caramelised onions with 200g cream cheese, 2tbsp mayo, 1 clove of minced garlic, a handful of finely chopped chives, parsley + pickles. Season with salt, pepper & lemon juice. Serve with a good drizzle of olive oil, more chives, then smoked paprika. • For the AVOCADO CREMA, scoop out the flesh of 2x large avocados & break down with a fork until smooth (or use a blender). Add a handful of finely chopped coriander, juice of 1-2 limes, 1 clove of minced garlic, 2 tbsp yoghurt, then season with salt + pepper. Serve with a good drizzle of olive oil + more coriander if you like. • For the PICO DE GALLO, finely chop 500g fresh tomatoes, 1 red onion, 1 handful of fresh parsley, then mix with the juice of 1-2 limes. Season to taste. • For the FLATBREAD CHIPS, slice your flatbread / wraps into triangles, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt + pepper, then mix well to coat.
