Life is better with fresh baked Danish Butter Cookies. Нарру National Cookie Day! Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature) 2/3 cup granulated sugar large egg (room temperature) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 2-3 tsp milk 4 ounces semi sweet milk chocolate (melted) 3 TBS sprinkles. Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2. In a medium size bowl whisk together 2 cups of flour and salt, then set aside. 3. In a large bowl, or a stand mixer beat the butter and sugar for about 2 minutes on a medium speed. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until incorporated. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Scrape down the bowl. Add 2-3 tsp of milk and stir in using a rubber spatula. 5. Dab a little bit of batter underneath each corner of the parchment paper so that the parchment paper won't move while piping the cookies. Pipe cookies on to the baking sheet making swirls about 2 inches in size. I used the 1M Wilton tip. Leave about 3 inches between each cookie. Place the baking sheet with piped cookies in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, this prevents the cookies from spreading too much while baking. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown around the sides. 6. Remove from oven when done, transfer to a wire rack after 5 minutes to finish cooling. 7. While the cookies are cooling melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second increments, stirring after each increment. 8. Dip the cookies in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Add sprinkles before the chocolate sets. Let the chocolate set completely before eating. #christmasbakingideas #christmasbakingidea #christmasbaking2022 #christmascookies #holidaycookies #holidaycookieideas #cookierecipes #cookierecipe #recipetok #tiktokrecipies #fypcookies #cookielovers #bakedgoods #bakingtoktok #bakingvideos #bakingfun❤️ #christmasiscoming2022 #christmasvibe #thisgirlloveschristmas
