Save this to make for your next chilly night in and follow along for more recipes and ideas🤍 • INGREDIENTS: * 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts * 4 cups chicken broth * 1 cup heavy cream * 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped * 2 tsp dried basil * 2 tsp garlic powder * 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes * Salt and pepper to taste * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese * 1 box ditalini noodles DIRECTIONS: 1. Place chicken and chicken broth in your crockpot. Add in your sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours. 2. Gently shred the chicken using a hand mixer. Don’t overdo the shredding, you want the chicken in chunky pieces! 3. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Then add in about 3/4 of a 1 lb box of ditalini noodles. Cook on high for another hour. 4.
