Budget iced coffee, part 2 🤍☕️ I’ve seen so many various cold brew makers for sale online over the years… in my opinion, none of them are necessary when you have a good old French press in your kitchen! I have two, neither one was over $10, and they’ve lasted me YEARS. You can use them for hot or cold coffee and they save on waste since they don’t use paper filters. Cold brew in the French press is so simple— just take around 1/2 cup of grounds and cover with filtered water, then let sit for 8+ hours (or overnight) on your countertop at room temperature. Some people prefer letting it brew in the fridge, but I find room temp works just fine for me. Coffee ice cubes are also a great way to improve on the quality of your iced coffee without breaking the bank. I dilute yesterday’s coffee with water to make them even cheaper. Stay tuned to see how we make our milk and sweetener and let’s hear it for more anti-elitist coffee content 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 #minimalism #sustainability #zerowaste #lowwaste #plasticfree #sustainable #ecohome #environmentalist #foodwaste #minimalist #overconsumption #consumerism #deinfluencing #deinfluence #homemadekitchenrestock #coffeerecipe
