Knock off these frozen chocolate peanut butter banana bites with me! You most likely have most of these ingredients in your freezer. 1. Peel and slice up your bananas, place in a single layer on parchment paper. Freeze 10 minutes. 2. Microwave peanut butter until fluid, around 40 seconds. Dip each banana slice in peanut butter and put back into freezer until firm, 15-20 minutes. 3. Dip into melted chocolate. If using baking chips, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil or coconut oil to help with dipping. Store in the freezer and enjoy frozen! #chocolatepeanutbutter #frozenfood #healthydessert #bananas

If you’re craving something sweet this will hit the spot🙌🏻 How to: -Slice bananas and lay on parchment paper -Spread almond butter (or any nut butter) on one slice of banana and use another slice to make a sandwich -Freeze for about 20min -Melt chocolate, I add coconut oil to help the chocolate melt smoothly -Dip bananas in chocolate -Sprinkle toppings, I used sea salt -Pop them back in the freezer for 30min or until hardened And enjoy!
