Full recipe below… What you need: 4 servings pasta of choice 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1/2 tsp garlic powder + ½ tsp onion powder + ½ tsp paprika + ¼ tsp salt + ¼ tsp pepper 1 tbsp olive oil 1 bunch kale, stems removed + chopped Homemade caesar: ⅓ cup Best Foods Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp worcestershire sauce, ½ lemon (juiced), ¼ tsp salt ½ cup parmesan cheese Directions: Toss the chickpeas with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Air-fry on 400 F for about 20 minutes or until crispy. Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix together the dressing ingredients. In a large bowl, combine chopped kale, cooked/cooled pasta, half of the parmesan cheese and the caesar dressing. Toss to combine. Top with crispy chickpeas and the remaining parmesan cheese.
