I was craving my go-to dish from the cheesecake factory, the Pasta Da Vinci, but had all the ingredients to make it home so here’s how: Season a Ib of chicken (I used garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper) Heat up olive oil on medium high heat then lay chicken out on pan Cook chicken on one side until golden then flip Remove when done Add more oil if needed then add mushrooms Cook mushrooms on one side until golden then saute Remove Melt 2 tbs butter in same pan then add a diced red onion Let onion carmelize then add 3-4 minced garlic cloves Let cook until fragrant then add 2tbs of flour Stir for a couple minutes then add 1 cup of sweet cooking wine (I had sherry) Let reduce then add 1 cup chicken broth and 1/4 cup heavy cream Add in some chopped parsley Let thicken then add chicken and mushrooms back in Serve over penne and enjoy!
