How to meal prep on a budget for a high protein diet 💪🏻 I buy certain foods in bulk (like chia seeds) that can be used in many different types of recipes so i dont have to shop for it every time, which saves money. I also buy frozen fruit, especially berries, because it’s just as good in recipes and much cheaper!
