Crumble Cookies Carrot Cake 🥕🍪🍰👩🏻‍🍳⏲️ 115g de mantequilla sin sal 1/3 taza azúcar blanca 1/2 taza azúcar mascabado 1 cdita de vainilla 1 huevo 1/2 taza zanahoria rallada finita 1 cuchdta canela en polvo 1/2 cuchdta sal 1/2 cuchdta bicarbonato 1 cda REXAL polvo para hornear 15 g fécula de maíz 1 y 3/4 tazas de harina Nuez frosting: 220g queso crema 40g mantequilla Pizca de sal 2 cds de leche 1/2 cdita de vainilla 1/2 taza de azúcar impalpable/azúcar glass Para las nueces caramelizadas: Nuez troceada 3 cds de azúcar mascabado 2 cditas de agua 1. En un bowl batir mantequilla con azúcar blanca y azúcar mascabado, un huevo, vainilla. 2. Posteriormente incorporar ingredientes secos como la canela, sal, REXAL polvo para hornear, fécula de maíz, bicarbonato de sodio. Agregar nueces en trozos y zanahoria rallada. Por último agregar harina e incorporar perfectamente. 3. Porcionar y llevar al congelador por 30 minutos. 4. Hornear por 25 minutos a 175 grados. Dejar enfriar para decorar. 5. Para el frosting a remar queso crema y mantequilla, batir hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea, agregar sal, leche y vainilla. Agregar el frosting a una manga pastelera para decorar cada galleta. 6.
