Here is the recipe: 20 ounces chopped, frozen broccoli, thawed 16 ounces Velveeta cheese 1 canned cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cups of uncooked, white minute rice One stick of butter 1/2 medium onion, diced Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste Melt the cheese and the butter in separate bowl. Combine the butter with the cheese, along with soups, chopped onion, seasonings, and rice. Microwave for two minutes and then combine mixture with broccoli. Mix well. place in a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
