It’s sooo delicious and easy to make 🙌 I used my favorite @Promix Nutrition Madagascar Vanilla whey protein powder in this recipe! It’s my favorite because its made with natural ingredients and adds the perfect sweet vanilla taste 🍦 You can use my code ✨CLAIRE✨ for 15% off Promix! Ingredients: - 1 cup blueberries (I used frozen) - 1/2 tsp cornstarch - 1/2 tsp lemon juice - 1/3 cup oats - 1 serving @promix vanilla whey protein powder - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup - pinch of salt - 1-2 tbsp water How to: - Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together - Microwave for 1 minute - In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a crumble texture. - Add on top of the blueberries then microwave for 1 more minute. - I like to add a tbsp of greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Blueberry Crumble 🫐 Recipe Below!👇 Ingredients 🧈 Crumble: 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 2 & 1/4 cups AP flour 2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt 2 sticks of melted butter Filling: 20-26 oz frozen blueberries (depending on how much filling you desire) Splash of lemon juice Instructions 📝 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt for the filling together in a bowl. 3. Pour over melted butter and combine with a fork. Set aside. 4. Butter or oil pan of choice, I used a 9x9 dish but you can adjust the recipe for your size pan. 5. Place down a layer of your crumble no thicker then a half an inch, make sure to pat down to combine crumble together. 6. Add your frozen blueberries. I used about 3/4 of a 32 oz bag. 7. Add a splash of lemon juice to your blueberries. (Optional: add thin pats of butter on top of your blueberry mixture before adding the crumble for a richer flavor). 8. Add the rest of your crumble on top of the blueberries. I spray mine with a little bit of oil increase the browning of the crumble. 9. Bake at 350 F for 50-55 minutes. BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE BARS RECIPE 🫐 CRUST 1 1/2 cups (191g) AP flour, sifted 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp (42g) powdered sugar, sifted (plus extra for top) 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp fine sea salt 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, softened Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper, overlapping the ends a couple of inches. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, beat butter until smooth. Add flour mixture just until combined. Press dough into prepared baking pan. Bake until surface looks golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare topping and filling. 🫐 TOPPING 1 cup (128g) AP flour 1/3 cup (66g) packed brown sugar 3 Tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp fine sea salt 6 Tbsp (85g) cold unsalted butter, cubed In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
