2-MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE 🍫😋 This is the perfect breakfast or snack to make when you want something sweet! It’s sooo delicious and easy to make 🙌 I used my favorite @promix Madagascar Vanilla whey protein powder in this recipe! Ingredients: - 1/2 cup oats - 2/3 cup water - 1 serving @promix vanilla whey protein powder - 2 tbsp cocoa powder - 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) - pinch of salt - 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter How to: - Add the oats, water, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup and pinch of salt to a blender. - Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. - Pour into a small oven safe bowl and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. The edges should be cooked but the center should still be a little soft. - Drizzle peanut butter on top and enjoy!
