Are you after followers or sales? When I’m doing a one to one with one of my students I often start with this question - of course most of us want BOTH - BUT is there one you want over and above the other? There’s no reason why you can’t go after both BUT they require DIFFERENT types of content to attain that. If you go back a few posts I did a graphic about my A.R.C. principle - which talks about how we need to find our A.udience, build a R.elationship with them and THEN get C.ustomers. And this is EXACTLY the same for social media and therefore there’s different content required for each goal… - if you want FOLLOWERS you need follower content and if you want SALES you need selling content. Isso demonstra que a combinação de prova social com autoridade pode ter um impacto exponencial nas vendas, pois cria um senso de segurança e confiança. Segundo o *Principle of Social Proof* de Robert Cialdini, autor do best-seller “Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion” (2006), as pessoas tendem a copiar as ações de outros, especialmente quando percebem que muitos estão fazendo a mesma coisa.
