In a nutshell, get morning sunlight, hydrate, and at least 15-20 minutes of movement such as a walk.

I don’t look at my phone or turn on the lights when I wake up, but rather open the blinds for natural sunlight.

No one can tell you the perfect diet. Eat a wide variety of nutrient dense foods and determine which ones work best for you.
Currently here’s what I’ve determined works best for me… meat, eggs, fruit, honey/maple syrup, raw dairy, sweet potatoes, carrots, and organs.
I try different foods and pay attention to how they make me feel. If they don’t make me feel good, I don’t eat em. Simple as that.
Don’t let perfection stop you from making better choices.
And yeah, if you prioritize eating nutrient dense whole food, you will attain that physique you want without obsessing over it 🫡
