Jackson Jobe has just 4 MLB innings under his belt, but after what he’s done this Spring Training, I’ve seen enough to make him my prediction for AL ROTY.
He bolsters an incredible arsenal that includes an 100 MPH 4S, a 92 mph cutter, an 84 mph Sweeper, and his patented fading CH at 85. With that arsenal and his ability to target the middle of the plate and let his stuff work. He should be an immediate impact starter in Detroit.
He put at a 2.36 ERA last year in the minor leagues over 91 IP with 96 Ks and a .178 BA. That’s impressive at any level of pro baseball, especially at the age of 22 👀. It’s not surprise he is one of the top pitching prospects in all of baseball.
Look for him to lock up the Detroit 5th starter spot and never look back. Prove me right @jackson.jobe 🔥
