Farm style scones - the perfect buttery bake that brings you comfort with each bite. This is my tried & tested recipe only this time I opted to use the Limited Edition Rama with Butter Margarine (it’s Rama with butter) & it did not disappoint! Be sure to get your hands on it before it disappears from the shelves 😉! It's Limited Edition after all! Here’s what you will need (Makes ±18): * 4 cups cake flour * ½ teaspoon salt * 7 teaspoons baking powder * 1 cup icing sugar  * 3 eggs * 1 teaspoon vanilla essence * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil * 125 grams or 10 tablespoons Limited Edition Rama with Butter Margarine (it should be cold) * 1 cup sour milk (maas) * 1 tablespoon milk Method: * Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius. * To a mixing bowl, add in the flour, salt, baking powder & icing sugar. Mix until combined. * Add in the Limited Edition Rama with Butter Margarine & use your fingers to rub it into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.  * To another bowl, crack in 2 eggs, add in the vanilla essence & vegetable oil & beat/whisk together. * Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Thereafter, add in the sour milk & use your hands to bring the dough together. * If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour at a time. Do not knead the dough, just bring it together until combined. * Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface. * Press the dough down firmly with your hands & then roll out until it’s about 2-3cm thick.  * Use a cutter to create shapes. Mix it together unlit it is evenly distributed . Then get 3 cups of cold water and add it to the flour mix until it forms a dough . Separate the dough nto two rolls and wrap it in cling wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 mins . This will give you about 24 pastries.
